First Call - Good to know
During the first recruitment process, we get to know each other and see if we're a good fit. The meeting includes:
- Introduction to Apzumi – who we are, what we do, brief overview of the specific role we are recruiting for
- Your experience - previous projects, teams you've worked with, and your role in them
- Interpersonal questions - your professional growth, motivation, key experiences, and expectations
- Formal details - your current situation, notice period, preferred contract type, and salary expectations
- English check - a short conversation in English to assess language skills
